📌 1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Prabhuwan Studio website and any services provided by Prabhuwan Mishra (the “Developer”). By contacting me, requesting a quote, or using any of my services, you agree to these terms.

💼 2. Services Offered

I provide freelance web development services including, but not limited to:

• Landing Pages — Single-page promotional websites.
• Business Websites — Multi-page corporate or personal websites.
• Custom Web Tools — Interactive tools like calculators, minifiers, formatters, etc.
• E-Commerce Stores — Online shops with carts, payments, and order management.
• Web Apps / SaaS — Custom software as a service platforms.
• SEO Optimization — On-page SEO, schema markup, and performance improvements.
• Maintenance & Support — Monthly plans for updates, bug fixes, and monitoring.

💰 3. Pricing & Payment

Quotes: All prices are provided as starting estimates based on project complexity. A final quote is given after a discovery call and scope definition.

• Payment Schedule: Typically 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. For larger projects, I may propose a milestone-based payment plan.
• Currency: Payments can be made in Indian Rupees (₹) or US Dollars ($).
• Refunds: If a project is cancelled before work begins, the upfront payment is refundable (minus any processing fees). Once work has started, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

⏱️ 4. Timeline & Delivery

• Estimated Timelines: I provide an estimated completion date based on project scope. I work hard to meet deadlines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen technical challenges or client feedback cycles.
• Client Responsiveness: Timelines depend on timely feedback and content delivery from your side. Delays in providing content may shift the schedule.
• Revisions: Minor revisions are included in the price (up to 3 rounds of feedback). Major changes or scope expansions may be quoted separately.

🛡️ 5. Intellectual Property

• Code Ownership: Once the final payment is made, all custom code and deliverables become your exclusive property.
• Third-Party Assets: I may use royalty-free assets (images, icons, fonts, libraries). These remain under their respective licenses.
• Portfolio Display: I reserve the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio (anonymized or with your permission). If you prefer not to, just let me know.

🔒 6. Confidentiality

I understand that your project details and business information are sensitive. I treat all communications and shared documents as confidential. I am happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.

🔧 7. Maintenance & Support

• Free Warranty: I offer a 30-day bug-fix warranty after launch. If something I built breaks, I’ll fix it at no charge.
• Ongoing Maintenance: For continued updates, security patches, and server monitoring, I offer monthly maintenance plans (starting at ₹4,999 / $59 per month).
• Hosting: I do not provide hosting. You are responsible for your own hosting and domain costs.

🚫 8. Limitation of Liability

I strive to deliver high-quality, error-free work. However, I cannot be held liable for:

• Loss of revenue or business opportunities due to website downtime or bugs (especially on third-party platforms).
• Issues caused by third-party services (hosting providers, APIs, plugins) beyond my control.
• Data loss caused by hosting failures or server outages (regular backups are always recommended).

📝 9. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of my services after changes implies acceptance.
